Zhengkang’s "New 20,000-Ton Green Energy-Efficient Pipeline and System" Project Settles in Wenzhou Bay New Area

On April 17, during Wenzhou’s 2025 First Quarter Major Project Signing Ceremony, Huang Jiancong, Chairman of Zhengkang International Inc., signed the agreement for the company’s new project under the auspices of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The project, located in Wenzhou Bay New Area, involves the construction of a 40,000-square-meter industrial park integrating R&D, production, warehousing, logistics, and six functional zones, with completion slated for 2028.  

As a leading enterprise in the stainless steel pipeline industry, Zhengkang’s new factory will leverage IoT and big data technologies to establish smart production lines capable of manufacturing 20,000 tons of advanced pipelines annually. These products will serve seven key sectors: building water supply and drainage, municipal water networks, gas transmission, firefighting systems, direct drinking water pipelines, urban utility tunnels, and siphon drainage. With a total investment of approximately RMB 500 million, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of RMB 1 billion, create 500 jobs, and contribute over RMB 60 million in annual tax revenue. It will drive the industry’s transition toward green and high-end transformation, positioning the facility as a domestic benchmark for green, intelligent manufacturing.
